Highway Butterfly: The Songs of Neal Casal is out in the world today. It’s filled with beauty and love for our friend and although it was born from tragedy, Neal’s spirit lives on through his songs performed by some of his closest friends and musical pals. He would truly be amazed and I hope if there really is some magical alternate universe, he’s out there nitpicking over some of the guitar overdubs and backing vocals and fretting over the font selection in the album packaging, just like he always did. Thank you to all the amazing artists and musicians who recorded the songs and to his family, friends and fans who all had a hand in this project coming to life. This record could never have been done without the past two years of everyday efforts from Dave Schools, Jim Scott, Kevin Calabro, Michele Augis and Missi Callazzo. Thank you!
